COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

I, ANDREA AGUIRRE, (THE ARTIST),

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason. I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned work.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of thr terms.

I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork online, in mu portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books.

You ( the customer),

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

Commerssial rights will be stipulated in a signed contract before the commencment of the commission.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist) consent.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

The following is considered copyright infringment:

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Altering the artwork without my consent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms

Commissions are digital files only
You will receive a full resolution image, there is NO physical product
I have the right to decline any commissions. I wont draw art that promotes harmful behaviors ex: abuse, racist, or homophobic undertones. I draw light NSFW though.

Payment

Payment through PayPal
50% Deposit required before I start work on the commission
Final payment due before files are delivered
Commercial use of my art is priced individually

Process and Delivery

Artwork may take 2-3 weeks depending on my current work load and the complexity of the commission. Contact me about deadlines though, I may be able to work with you.

Revisions

You get three rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the agreed upon price
A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final painting- unless a misunderstanding occurred on my side.
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is based on an hourly wage.

Cancelations and Refunds

The buyer in not allowed a refund once I have started the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start the commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I start work on it, you will get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will send you the money myself.
If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the fill right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
